LG Electronics is
introducing a new refrigerator that can change the refrigerator color with just
a touch and upgrade the atmosphere. In the form of further evolution of the
existing space appliances, it is a form of putting forward
a "customized experience" to give strength to the market.
LG Electronics
announced that it will unveil for the first time the new
refrigerator 'LG Dios Objects Collection Mood-Up' with innovative
mood-up function at 'IFA 2022', Europe's largest consumer electronics
exhibition in Berlin, Germany. LG Electronics plans to launch a
new product domestically during the month and expand it to overseas markets
from next year.
The LG Dios Objects
Collection Mood-Up is a UP-based appliance that allows you to add new features
as an upgrade even after purchase. LG Electronics will continue to upgrade
new door colors and sound sources, as well as showcase collaboration
themes with various artists and vendors.
It is characterized by
the fact that customers can easily change colors and change moods at any time,
depending on their mood, taste and situation. This reflects the
growing interest in interiors
and the growing demand for 'space appliances'.
LG Electronics has
implemented a mood-up function on the surface of the refrigerator door with a
new technology that applies LED light sources and light guide plates that
evenly diffuse light drawn from the light source. Through the LG ThinkQ app, customers can apply any combination of 22 refrigerator up door and 19 down door colors, including object
collection colors. For a
top-refrigerated refrigerator with 4 color-changing doors, more than 170,000
color combinations are possible.
LG Electronics
provides themed options such as season, space, and healing in the LG ThinkQ app so that customers can easily enjoy the mood-up function
without worrying about color combinations. Seasonal theme features each season such as spring, summer, autumn and winter. Space theme captures the sensibilities of world-famous cities such as Paris, Santorini, Waikiki and so
on. The healing theme captures the colors and sounds that express dawn, sunset, rain, etc.
Among the new
products, the top-refrigerated and unrefrigerated refrigerator is also equipped
with a Bluetooth speaker. Customers can enjoy a music
collection of 69 music sources via a
Bluetooth speaker. The music collection consists of music from tea times,
birthday parties, kids, lounges and other contextual sources.
The new Bluetooth
speaker can also be connected to smart devices such as smartphones and tablets.
After connecting, you can use the music streaming platform used by customers to
play a variety of music.
