'BSS' - "Second Wind"
"BSS"
is a unit composed of three members ('DK', 'Seungkwan' and 'Hoshi') of the 13
member group, "Seventeen".
The
three-track single titled "Second Wind" set the record for the
biggest first-week sales by a unit of a K-pop group by selling 478,679 copies
on its release day alone, according to the agency 'Pledis Entertainment'.
The
album's title track, "Fighting (Feat. Lee Young-ji)," debuted at No.
1 on iTunes' top songs charts in 24 territories, including Argentina,
Indonesia, Japan and Singapore, the agency said.
"BSS", first formed in March 2018, is comprised of members 'Seungkwan', 'DK' and 'Hoshi' of the thirteen-member band "Seventeen".
The name of the subunit comes from each member’s real name - 'B' from Seungkwan’s last name 'Boo', 'S' from DK’s first name 'Seokmin' and the last 'S' from Hoshi’s first name, 'Soonyoung'.
