More than 200 people suffer cardiac arrest in 'Itaewon' Seoul during the Halloween festivities
People collapsed due to overcrowding during the
Halloween festivities in Itaewon
More than 200 people have been receiving CPR(=Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) after suffering from cardiac arrest in Seoul's Itaewon area as huge crowds at Halloween parties, according to fire authorities.
Emergency officials received at
least 81 calls from people in Itaewon saying they were having difficulty
breathing. The
exact cause is still unknown. There are currently 120 deaths and 100 injured.
