Bulgogi



Bulgogi is the favorite meat dish of Koreans and it is very easy to cook.

 

 

-Ingredients-

 

1)beef tenderloin slice - 1 pound(½kg)

 

2)garlic minced - 4 teaspoons

 

3)green onion chopped - 1 tablespoons

 

4)soy sauce - 4 tablespoons

 

5)sugar - 2 tablespoons

 

6)water – 3 tablespoons

 

7)sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

 

8)ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon

 

9)white wine - 2 tablespoons

 

10)optional vegetable ingredients – onion / carrot / bell pepper / mushroom

 

 

Add everything(=2+3+4+5+6+7+8) mix the seasonings well.

 

Then add and mix the meat(=1) and optional vegetable(=10).

 

Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour or more.

 

This is the end. Cooking is very simple.
