"The Glory" - Netflix
"The Glory," starring Song
Hye-kyo, a series about a woman who experiences severe bullying in high school
and seeks revenge against her tormentors after graduating, will premiere on
Netflix on Dec. 30.
The series follows the story of 'Moon Dong Eun'(=Song Hye Kyo) who plans an elaborate revenge scheme against the perpetrators and bystanders after surviving horrific abuse in high school.
In real life, a similar case occurred in
2006. Just like in 'The glory' series, a young
Korean woman suffered severe burns from hair straighteners. A group of students
harassed another classmate for a month to get money from her.
The part 2 will release on Netflix on
Mar. 10.
