Connect is an upcoming
Korean streaming television series, starring 'Jung Hae-in', 'Go Kyung-pyo', and
'Kim Hye-jun'. Based on a webtoon of the same name, series depicts a mysterious
story that occurs when a man who has been deprived of a part of his body by
organ hunters, connects with a person who has received an organ transplant. It
is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on December 7, 2022.
A new human being,
Connect, who has an immortal body, was kidnapped by an organ trafficking
organization. Part way through the surgery, 'Ha Dong-Soo'(Jung Hae-In) suddenly
wakes up on an operating table and manages to escape with his one remaining
eye.
He soon sees something
and realizes the man who has his stolen eye is a serial killer. Ha Dong-Soo is
now able to see what the serial killer sees. He chases after the serial killer
to stop him from killing anymore people.
Meanwhile, Ha
Dong-Soo’s stolen eye has been transplanted into ‘Oh Jin-Seob’ (Ko Gyung-Pyo). ‘Oh
Jin-Seob’ looks a polite and competent employee at work, but he is actually a
cold-blooded serial killer.
