Kimbap

Kimbap is a dish made by adding ingredients such as spinach, pickled radish, carrots, egg, and burdock to rice seasoned with salt and sesame oil, and rolling it with seaweed and then cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Like a rice ball, it is convenient to eat when traveling or in a short time, so it is enjoyed on a picnic, or travel.

It's delicious and easy to eat outdoors, even in the car or train while traveling.

The material that goes into the gimbap is similar to the material in bibimbap.

Kimbob is a method of mixing all the ingredients in the mouth after arranging the ingredients separately, while bibimbap is a method of mixing the rice and ingredients in a bowl beforehand and then putting them in the mouth.

For kimbop, the unique color harmony that the material has is important.

White, black, green, yellow, orange and so on.

Seriously, no matter how you make it, no matter who makes it, the taste is always great.

Believe this and try it!
